David Ben Ami

David Ben-Ami has more than 20 years of experience with activities in management, business development and corporate strategy, in the life sciences industry.
David Co-Founded MacroCure in early 2008. He was previously CEO of NVR Labs, Country Director of Boston Scientific Israel, and Director of Business Development of Teva Israel. David serves as a board member in Meytav Technological Incubator, BioCell Ltd., and VVT Medical. He received his MBA degree and BA in Economics & Management from Tel-Aviv University.
Zeev Bronfeld
Mr. Bronfeld has served as a director of Protalix Ltd. since 1996, and brings to us vast experience in management and value building of biotechnology companies. Mr. Bronfeld is an experienced businessman who is involved in a number of biotechnology companies. He is a co-founder of Biocell Ltd., an Israeli publicly traded holding company specializing in biotechnology companies and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1986. Mr. Bronfeld currently serves as a director of Biocell Ltd., D. Medical Industries Ltd., and Biomedix Incubator Ltd., all of which are publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Bronfeld is also a director of Meitav Technological Incubator Ltd., Ecocycle Israel Ltd., Contipi Ltd., Nilimedix Ltd., G-Sense Ltd. and L.N. Innovative Technologies. Mr. Bronfeld holds a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University
Tomer Kariv
Tomer Kariv a seasoned venture capital industry executive is CEO of Pontifax Fund, founded in 2004 by Eli Hurvitz, Chairman and former CEO of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. For the past 10 years, Mr. Kariv has played a key role in investing, managing and nurturing technology driven companies and startups. Prior to Pontifax, Mr. Kariv served in many senior management positions at top Israeli financial institutions, including STI Ventures, Shrem Fudim Kelner Investment House, and Polaris I. He was also a co-founder of Polaris II (currently Pitango), Israel's largest VC fund. Mr. Kariv practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell, a leading corporate law firm in New York City, and holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School
Ran Nussbaum
Mr. Nussbaum is a Manager-Partner in Pontifax. Mr. Nussbaum serves as vice chairman of Biomedix (BMDX). He was Partner and General Manager of Israel's largest business intelligence company.
Alon Dumanis
Dr. Alon Dumanis is the CEO of Docor International Management, a Dutch Venture Capital, subsidiary of The Van-Leer group Foundation. He has been involved in several international companies, in international business development, entrepreneurial and technological management of high-tech companies in the information, aviation, electronics and emerging technology domains. He serves as a member of the board of directors in many companies, including El Al Israel Airlines.
Dr. Dumanis has received prizes, honors and awards including the Purdue University "Outstanding Aerospace Engineer of 2001 Award."
Dr. Dumanis holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University in the USA.
